Audio
The EventsOnline Web audio service can be configured with any or all of the following
options:
- Operator-managed audio conference environment
Each attendee is greeted by a live operator and placed into the call. The operator
facilitates any late registration and provides participants with easy access should
they have questions.
- Audio Recording and Archive
A recording of an audio conference can be requested at the point of reservation.
The recording can be captured on a CD (.WAV file). Editing of the recording is
also available for a one time fee. The Web conference combined with audio can
also be recorded and captured on CD or archived and streamed via the Web.
- Audio Digital Replay
Your conference can be digitally recorded for unlimited playback at a later time.
The replay is accessible by dialing an 800 or direct number. Digital Replay is
a convenient solution for participants who are unable to attend the live conference.
- Audio Q&A
A formal Question and Answer session can be conducted during the conference by
our conference coordinator, who answers participants in queue and introduces their
questions. The conference leader can also conduct an informal Question and Answer
session, and participants can openly ask questions.
- Audio Polling
You Increase conference interaction with our polling service, which allows our
coordinator to capture the participants' responses to specific questions. The
results are then compiled and forwarded to the conference leader within 24 hours
following the call. This is a variation to the Web poll.
- COM line
A separate communication line allows a conference coordinator and a designated
participant to communicate outside of the conference. The line can later be joined
to the conference or remain isolated throughout the entire call.
- Sub Conference
This is a “back stage area” before the call begins where you can speak with your Speakers, other staff, moderators and the operator. It is a private room to iron out the last minute details before you are placed into the live call.
- Participant List
A list of participants attending the conference can be provided within 2 hours
following the conference via fax or email. At the customer's request, captured
information can include name, affiliation and telephone number.

Registration
EventsOnline Registration provides you with a customized Web-based welcome, registration
and invitation webpage for your event. Participants receive an email invitation
to the event with a link to the registration page allowing them to register for
your event.
EO Registration includes:
- Easy management of events
With this service, participants easily register for your events, receive email
confirmations with the audio and Web information, and receive reminders for the
event.
- Complete customer support
If attendees have any questions about payment, or are uncomfortable paying through
the internet, they can contact our “Member Services” staff by email,
fax or by phone.
- Ongoing sales of event recordings
Participants can purchase the recording for your events online at any time after
the event.
- Easy reporting
You can easily manage your attendance results and manage your list of participants
through easy access online reporting. You will also receive a detailed report
and summarization at the end of each month.
